Aha, so how's it going? I'm totally chilled, today my mum and brother went shopping and set off early to avoid the crazy Christmas shopping traffic so I've been on my own all morning. They say it's good to spend at least a little time alone so I've been totally taking advantage of the time I have; I lay in until God knows when, then I was ever so Saturday-morning-kid-ish and played Tony Hawk's Pro Skater on my brother's PS2 lol! I stuck my iPod in the speakers in the kitchen and had a JoBros sing-along as I cleaned the kitchen and made myself a breakfast bagel. I then switched over to a Run's House marathon and my TV hasn't moved from MTV Base ever since. God, I live on the edge eh?
So yesterday was my first Orchestra concert, and it was pretty fun I guess. All the waiting around was sooo boring but whatever. In the morning I got my hair done at Toni & Guy (yep, I don't care how much it costs - I love it there!), and then I had to go and search for a white blouse for the concert but the shopping in Buxton is pretty crud, I found it hard to survive without a Topshop, H&M or Primarni! In the end I got this stripe blouse with with a tiered ruffle and pintuck front:
In other news, Kelly introduced me to Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series - and I lovelovelove it! I cannot wait for it to hit the cinemas in the UK. They are probably the best books I have ever read! I'm a total 'Twilight newbie', everyone I've spoken to has read them all - three times! I'm only on New Moon at the moment, but I finished Twilight within like a few days. I think everyone should get a chance to read them (:
Tomorrow Vicki, Harriet and I are off to a debate in Matlock; we're arguing for age restrictions to be put on books, kind of like they have on films. Of course none of us are pro-age restrictions, but the people organising the debate actually tell you if you're arguing for or against. That was pretty crud, but I am looking foward to tomorrow might meet some interesting people. We have to ride with our deputy head on the way there, and it's going to be so awkward in the car! But whatever.
Next Saturday I'm off to the Italian Alps skiing, so I might not get a chance to blog again until the new year, so all have a merry Christmas!
Ciao for now, Zoe oxox.
